Clem Tiller of Oglethorpe County, GA - 1944 Georgia, Oglethorpe County I, W. Clem Tiller, of said state and county, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, declare and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all otheres heretofore made by me. Item 1. I desire and direct that all of my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay by my executrix hereinafter named and appointed. Item 2. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner, suitable to my station in life, and that a modest stone to be selected by my executrix, be erected to indicate my last resting place. Item 3. I give, bequeath and devise unto my beloved wife, Mrs. Mattie Arnold Tiller all of the property of which I may die seized and possessed, real estate, personal property, money, notes, bonds and choses in action, the same to be hers forever without limitation or restriction. Item 4. I nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Mrs. Mattie Arnold Tiller, as executrix of this will, relieving her from giving any bond, from taking any inventory and appraisement of my estate, from making any returns to any court of her actings and doings as such, and if for any reason, she deems it desirable to see any part or all of my estate for any purpose, this she may do without the order of any court. I confer upon her full power to carry into effect and to execute any contracts for which I have bound myself in my lifetime. I give her as ample power in the winding up on my estate as I myself could exercise if in life. This the 24 day of January 1944. W. Clem Tiller Signed, sealed, declared and published by W.
