I, William David Tiller, of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all other Wills heretofoe made by me. Item 1. It is my will and desire that all of my just debts if there be any to be paid as soon as practicable after my death. Item 2. It is my will and desire that my body be buried in a decent and Christainlike manner suitable to my conditions and circumstances while in life. Item 3. I will and bequeth to my beloved wife, Laura Mae Tiller, all of the property that I die possessed of both real and personal wherever located or sitauted for and during her hatural life, but if she gets in dire need of necessities or support, she may sell any portion or all of said property, this left to her descretion, and at her death whatever part of this property left to go two children, Malcom ?. Stewart and Martha Tiller Harper share and share alike. If my wife has to see any of the said property she may give the necessare papers, warranty deed or other papers necessary. I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Laura Mae Tiller sole Executrix, of this my last Will and Testament, relieving her from giving bond, making and inventory or appraisement or any return to any Court whatsoever.
