Tiller and Thomas R Tiller all of my lands of which I may die possessed to be equally divided between them after the death of my wife Henritta Tiller Item 2n I will that ny wife Henrietta Tiller shall hold all my lands during her natural life or widowhood for a home and support I further give and bequeath all of my perishable property of whatever kind mixed or ready money to my wife Henrietta Tiller during her natural life or widowhood Item 3r I give and bequeath to my Grandson Luther Turner son of Robert H Turner H Turner fifty dikkars abd ti nt Grandson Edwin Tiller son of Charles M Tiller, fifty dollars to be paid out of my perishable property after the death of my wife Henrietta Tiller Item 4th I further give and bequeath all the balance of my estate of whatever kind, after the death of my wife Henrietta Tiller, to my children W. G Tiller, Thos R Tiller and Susan G Bell wife of Green Bell and my grand children Martha Woods, child of M W Woods and Sidney M Wilkins wife J. T. Wilkins and Cephronia A Wilkins widow of Francis M Wilkins to be equally divided between them. Item 5th I further will that the property that my daughter Susan G Bell gets shall be for her own use and benefit during her natural life without any control and not subject to any contract or her present or any future husband and at her death what remains to be equally divided between her two sons William A and Charles Bell Item 6th I hereby constitute and appoint my two sons William G Tiller and Thos R Tiller Executors of this my last will and testament This March 5th 1873 Signed sealed published and declared this March----William Tiller (LS) 5th 1873 in presence of Charles M.
