1st will & testament of Robt. Tuggle 

I Robert Tuggle of said state and county, being in sound mind and memory, 
make this my last will and testament, revoking any and all other wills, 
if anymade by me. 

Item 1 
I desire at my death that all my just debts be paid including my last 
doctor bill. 

Item 2 
I desire after my debts be paid to give to my nieces, Lila, and Annie Lou 
Jackson my entire estate after administration expenses. 

Item 3 
I herby appoint my nephew, A. J. Gillen my sole executor, in testament 
whereof I here to set my good hand and seal, this 16th day of November 
1921.

Signed and published by Robert Tuggle, as his last will and testament, 
in the presence of the undersigned, who subscribed our names hereto as 
witnesses and at the request of said testator, and in his presence, and 
in the presence of each other, this 16th day of November 1921.
