I give the stock to her for her own distribution the Negroes to Return at her Death to my Estate. I do furthermore Request at my death all my Lawful debts to be paid out of my estate before a Division. I do furthermore desire that the balance of my estate to be equally divided amongst my Eight Children. Item 9 - I Give the part to my Daughter Patsey NIXTOn that is coming to her at my death during her life and then her part to be Equally divided between the Heirs of her body. I do Appoint Francis NIXTON her Guardian Page 109 Record of Wills November Term 1842 Item 10 – I do also leave the part that is coming to my Daughter Dicey THAXTON that is Coming to her at my death during her life and then her part to be equally divided between the Heirs of her body. I do Appoint Wiley THAXTON her Guardian. Item 11 – I do also leave the part is Coming to my son John WARD that is coming to him at my Death during his life and then at his death to be Equally divided between Henry T. WARD, Joseph L. WARD, and Francis M. WARD. I do therefore Appoint Wiley WARD and Yelventon THAXTON as Executors to Execute this my last will and testament.
