All my estate both real and personal I leave to my wife Holly Carter during her life or widowhood with directions that she give out such portions thereof to such of my children as have not received any of my estate so as to make them equal to those that have received portions. All portions which have by me been given out to my children as well as such portions which may by her be given out, it is my will and desire and I do hereby declare that the right of the same shall vest in my said wife as trustee, who shall at all times have control thereof, and be by her managed for the separate use and benefit of my children or their heirs and it is further my will and desire that my said wife have the priviledge whenever she thinks proper to do so to appoint a sucessor as trustee to succeed her after her death which trustee shall be clothed with all the priviledges and powers herein granted to my said wife as trustee as aforesaid and should my said wife fail to appoint such trustee and die without doing so, in that event the Inferior Court to appoint, - After the death of my wife or in the event of her marriage it is my will and desire that the remainder of my estate be equally divided among my surviving children(namely) Parthenia Hartley, Levenia Patman, Mary Elizabeth Carter, Martha Jane Williams, Wesley Taylor, Sarah Ann and Susan Thomas or their heirs and for want of such heirs to return back to my estate and be equally divided among my children then living or their heirs and should any of my children which have already received property or who may hereafter receive property before the death or marriage of my wife die without lawful heir or heirs, the said property to return and be divided as just mentioned.
