Winnie R. Helms Brown Passes April 15, 2005

Mrs. Winnie Ruth Helms Brown, age 81, of Austell, Georgia, passed away Friday, 
April 15, 2005. Born in Carroll County, she was the daughter of the late Jay 
and Leona Aikens Helms. She was a homemaker and a member of Davis Chapel 
Baptist Church.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Hubert 
Brown.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda Helmeci of Villa Rica and Marcia Nix 
of Lithia Springs; her sons, David Brown of Powder Springs and Jimmy Brown and 
Robert Brown, both of Lithia Springs; her sisters, Ruby Richardson of Austell 
and Mary Black of Senoia; her brother, Jay Helms of Austell; 10 grandchildren; 
2 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held on Sunday, April 17, 2005 at 2 p.m. at the Davis 
Chapel Baptist Church with Reverend Benny Long officiating and Reverend 
Talmadge Chandler co-officiating.

The Interment followed in Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens.

Bellamy Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
