Coalson Funeral services for Paul M. Coalson, 61, of Route 2, Hiram, were held Thursday, March 11, at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Cobb County. Interment was in the church yard cemetery, with Bartlett Masonic Lodge No. 139 in charge of graveside services. Mr. Coalson died at his home Monday, March 8. His death was attributed to a heart attack. He was a member of Harper Lake Baptist Church and Bartlett Lodge No. 139. Survivors include his wife, the former Mary Bennett; three sons, Fred Coalson, Powder Springs, James Coalson, Terry Coalson, both of Hiram; four daughters, Mrs. Alfred Tibbitts, Clarkdale, Mrs. Dwane Thomas, Hiram, Miss Barbara Coalson and Miss Connie Coalson, both of Hiram; two grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Hallie Landrum, Cedartown, Mrs. Blanche Cook, Linden, N. C., and Mrs. Irene Perry, Florida; two brothers, Joe Coalson, Newnan, and Dean Coalson, Tennessee.
