Catherine Jane Collins-Warren Passes May 19

Catherine Jane Collins-Warren, age 57 of Dallas, Georgia passed away on 
Thursday, May 19, 2005. Born in Escambia County, Florida, she was the daughter 
of the late William Henry and Flossie Brewton Clark. She was a salon leader in 
the cosmetology field.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Ed and Staci Collins of Dallas; 
her sister and brother-in-law, Neta C. and Thomas W. Roush of Pensacola, 
Florida; her granddaughter, Kendall Collins of Dallas.

Memorial Services were held on Monday, May 23, 2005 at 7 p.m. from the Chapel 
of Bellamy Funeral Home with Pastor Brad Fussell officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Kendall 
Collins Education Fund, GEMC Federal Credit Union, 660 East Memorial Drive, 
Dallas, Georgia 30132, Attn: Marilyn #11005095024.

Bellamy Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
