Mrs. Ruth Craig Passes

Mrs. Ruth Craig, age 71, of Hiram, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2005. She 
was born on May 31, 1933 in Fairmount, Georgia to the late Tom and Nancy 
Anderson. She was a homemaker and a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church in 
Hiram. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde A. Craig.

Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Tony Craig of Hiram, Greg and 
Lynn Craig of Dallas and Avery and Betty Craig of Hiram; daughters and sons-in-
law, Connie and Mike McCasland of Macon, GA and Sheila and Kevin Metcalf of 
Rockmart; 10 grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held on Thursday, May 26, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. from Clark 
Funeral Home in Hiram with Dr. Tim Walker officiating. The interment followed 
in Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta with Jason Easter wood, Don Hamby, Randy 
Johnston, Mark McCravy, Johnnie Panter, Tommy Panter, John Stephens and 
Kenneth Wiley serving as pallbearers.

The family received friends on Wednesday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the 
funeral home.

Clark Funeral Home in Hiram was in charge of arrangements.
