Mr. Charles Haywood Clark, III, age 42 of Dallas,
passed away on Monday, July 19, 2004.  He was born May
3, 1962 in Anaheim, California to Charles Haywood
Clark, II and the late Jimmie Alexander Clark.  He was
a carpenter and a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Surviving are his wife, Donna Jean Clark; his father
and step-mother Charles Haywood Clark, II and Pauline
Clark of Montmorenci, SC; sisters, Peggy Sue Lewis and
her husband, Jessie of Giddings, TX and Cheryl Jean
Arnold of Acworth; a brother and sister-in-law, Jim and
Elizabeth Clark of Fayetteville, NC.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, July 22, 2004
at 5:00 pm from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram with Rev.
Kevin Huff officiating.

Clark Funeral Home in Hiram was in charge of
arrangements.
