Mr. Charles B. Curl, Sr. age 53, passed away suddenly
while clearing land on his property July 3, 2004.

Mr. Curl was born May 26, 1951 in Laurens County
Georgia.  He was a member of the Baptist faith and
owner of Curl’s Pharmacy in Dallas, where he was a well
loved pharmacist.

Charles graduated from Berry College and later
graduated from the University of Georgia Pharmacy
School.  He loved hunting and spending time on his farm
in Sandersville, Georgia.  His many contributions were
a real show of his love for the people and the
community he loved.

Survivors include his wife Mrs. Debra Cunningham Curl
of Dallas; sons, Mr. and Mrs. Charles B. “Chad”
(Gretchen) Curl, Jr. of Dallas and Mr. and Mrs.
Christopher Brent (Maranda) Curl of Duluth; daughter,
Miss Stacey Curl of Dallas; grandson, Master Charles
Benjamin “Chip” Curl, III of Dallas; mother, Mrs. Luree
Curl of Norcross; mother and father-in-law, Mavis and
Earl Cunningham of Dallas; brothers, Mr. Eschol Curl,
Jr. of Ohio, Mr. Derek Curl of Duluth, Mr. Kevin Curl
of Cumming, Mr. Kim Curl of Dallas, Mr. Dana Curl of
Martinez, Mr. Stephen Curl of Cumming; many nieces and
nephews.

Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, July 7,
2004 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Jeff Eberhart
Funeral Home with Dr. Ken Ray and Dr. Ken Graves
officiating.

Interment followed in Cheatham National Park Cemetery. 
Pallbearers were his two sons and six brothers.

In lieu of flowers donations my be made to Charles Curl
Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o Rosemary Butler at
Community Trust Bank, PO Box 1700, Hiram, GA 30141.
