Mrs. Carolyn Jean Millsap, age 58 of Dallas Georgia,
passed away July 19, 2004 at WellStar Kennestone
Hospital.

Mrs. Millsap was born May 31, 1946 in Clayton County,
North Carolina, daughter of the late D.B. and Hazel
(Lee) Brannan.  She was a homemaker and member of the
Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Larry Gene
Millsap of Dallas; five daughters, Jeri Lynn Tatum of
Cincinnati, Ohio, Sharon Aaron of Monticello, Ga, and
Kelly Millsap, Shannon Millsap and Leanne Millsap, all
of Dallas; one son, Brandon Millsap of Dallas; four
grandchildren; one sister, Joy Puckett of Woodstock;
mother-in-law, Mary Lee Millsap of Marietta; a host of
nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, D.B. and
Hazel (Lee) Brannan.

Funeral services were conducted on Thursday, July 22,
2004 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral
Home with Rev. Bruce Hammrick officiating.  Special
music was rendered by Don Barbee.

Interment followed in Kennesaw Memorial Park.
Pallbearers were Michael Spain, Chris Manning, Ruben
Aaron, Ken Mauldin, Steve Scott and Jimmy Millsap.
