Mrs. Grace K. Ferguson, age 78, of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on Friday, 
June 11, 2004. She was born on May 8, 1926 in Atlanta to the late Almo0n and 
Lillie Mae Knight. She was a retired legal secretary and member of East Point 
Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ferguson. 

Surviving are her son, Richard P. Hewin of Hapeville, Georgia; a daughter and 
son-in-law, Bonnie and Barry Reed of Franklin, Georgia; a sister, Rachel Neese 
of Newnan, Georgia; a brother and sister-in-law, Albert and Doris Knight of 
Sharpsburg, Georgia; a grandson, Robert Brian Latham; great-granddaughter, 
Adelyn Grace Latham; nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, June 15, 2004 at 5:30 p.m. from Clark 
Funeral Home.

Clark Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
