Steven Monroe Fleming Passes March 20, 2005

Mr. Steven Monroe Fleming, age 50 of Dallas, Georgia passed away Sunday, March 
20, 2005 at Emory University Hospital. A native of Douglas County, he was born 
August 29, 1954 to Doni Vaughn Fleming and the late Raymond Fleming.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond George Fleming and Rocheford 
Reid Fleming. He was a diesel mechanic.

Surviving are his wife, Joecelyn Webb of Dallas; mother, Doni Fleming of 
Douglasville; sons, Matthew Fleming of Douglasville, Charles Fleming and 
Jeremy Fleming both of Powder Springs; step-son, T. J. Webb of Dallas; step-
daughter, Treena Clause of Rockmart; brother, John Lloyd Fleming of 
Douglasville; sister, Connie Denise Smith of Virginia; 7 grandchildren; 
numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Services were held Thursday, March 24, 2005 at 2 p.m. from Hightower’s 
Memorial Chapel with Brother Larry Mahle officiating.

Interment followed in Melrose Hills Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.

Hightower’s Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
