Mr. Fredrick "Freddy" Forsyth Passes

Mr. Fredrick "Freddy" Forsyth, age 50, of Rockmart, Georgia, passed away 
Sunday, June 5, 2005 at his residence.

Mr. Forsyth was born June 26, 1954 in Paulding County, Georgia. He was a 
member of Springdale Baptist Church and retired from Georgia Power.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Mrs. Gail Ferguson Forsyth of 
Rockmart; daughter, Mrs. Kelly Thomas of Aragon; granddaughters, Miss Morgan 
Thomas, Miss Kendall Thomas and Miss Kamryn Thomas, all of Aragon; mother, 
Mrs. Louise Forsyth of Rockmart; brothers, Randy Burley of Hiram, Kevin Womack 
of Yorkville, Tony Womack of Rockmart and Mark Womack of Conyers; sister, Mrs. 
Debra Bell of Muscadine, Alabama; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his natural birth mother, Mrs. Imogene Fennell, 
who passed away in 2003; father, Mr. Bill Forsyth, who passed away in 2001 and 
brother, Michael Pate, who passed away in 2000.

Funeral Services were held Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. from the 
Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby McDowell and Rev. Andy 
Fennell officiating. Special music was rendered by Pam Dunn and the Springdale 
Baptist Church Choir.

Interment followed in Springdale Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Kim 
Weaver, Billy Chandler, Wayne Fennell, Larry Fennell, and Mark Womack.
