Ivan Christopher Mayer, age 4 months, of Douglasville
Georgia, passed away July 22, 2004 at Scottish Rite
Hospital in Atlanta.  Ivan was born March 23, 2004 in
Cobb County and is the son of Eric and Jessica Mayer.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by maternal
grandparents, Ronnie and Donna McClung of Hiram,
Georgia; paternal grandmother, Judy Staeben of Calhoun,
Georgia; maternal great-grandparents, Ronald and
Beatrice McClung of Hiram, Georgia; aunt, Larry (Tammy)
Mazzoni of Douglasville, Georgia and uncle, Aaron
(Jena) McClung of Hiram, Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ted Mayer.

A memorial service is planned for August.  Details will
be published at a later date.
