Joyce Hill Janes Passes Away Oct. 16, 2004

Joyce Hill Janes died Saturday, October 16, 2004 at Cobb Hospital, after an 
extended illness. She was born in Oconee County, Georgia on April 28, 1943, 
the daughter of Vinnie Hunsinger Hill and the late Woodie Hill. She was a 
member of The Second Baptist Church and was previously employed by the 
Paulding County School System.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons, Roger Tiller and 
Richard Janes, both of Dallas; two grandchildren, Katie and Justin Tiller; 
three brothers, Claude Hill of Cookstown, New Jersey, Tommy Hill of Colbert, 
Georgia and Stanley Hill of Ila, Georgia; five siters, Betty Archer of Hull, 
Georgia, Marie Drake and Sarah Welch, both of Comer, Georgia, Lynda Hill of 
Mauldin, South Carolina, Brenda See of Danielsville, Georgia; several nieces 
and nephews also survive. Her brother Elvis E. Hill, predeceased her.

Joyce chose to donate her body to Life University. In lieu of flowers, 
contributions can be made to The Second Baptist Church, 413 W. Memorial Drive, 
Dallas, Georgia 30132.
