Mr. Floyd Archie Laymon, Jr.

Mr. Floyd Archie Laymon, Jr., age 65, of Village Mills, Texas, passed away 
October 11, 2004 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas.

Mr Laymon was born August 13, 1939 in Hixson, Texas, son of the late Floyd 
Archie and Elizabeth (Farmer) Laymon, Sr. He was employed as an Exterminator.

Survivors include his wife of more than 25 years, Mrs. Mae Elizabeth Crowe, to 
whom he married on January 24, 1994; one daughter, John and Sharon Howley of 
Village Mills, Texas; two sons, David Laymon of Marietta and Daniel Laymon of 
Cartersville; sister, Kay and Raymond Bidwell of Chattanooga, TN and brother, 
Bo Laymon of Chattanooga, TN.

Graveside Services were held at Midway Presbyterian Church Cemetery on Friday 
October 15, 2004 at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Kory Burel officiating. Pallbearers 
were John Howley, David Laymon and Daniel Laymon.

Benson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
