Master Angel Mendoza Passed Oct. 15, 2004

Master Angel Mendoza of Villa Rica, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, October 
15, 2004 at DeKalb Medical Center. He was born October 13, 2004 the son of 
Enois Mendoza Chavez and Maria Valencia of Villa Rica.

In addition to his parents, his sister, Jennifer Valencia and brother, Elouis 
Valencia also survive.

Graveside Service were conducted on Monday, October 18, 2004 at Meadowbrook 
Memory Garden with interment immediately following.

Jones-Wynn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
