Mary Helen Miller Passes Away February 5, 2005

Mrs. Mary Helen Boyd Miller, age 61, of Harmony Road, Temple, Georgia, passed 
away February 5, 2005 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. She was born 
March 5, 1943 in Carroll County, Georgia the daughter of the Ray Hugh Boyd and 
the late Mrs. Mary Louise Deese Boyd. She was a member of Harmony Grove 
Baptist Church and worked as a seamstress at Sewell’s Manufacturing in Bremen.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Gail 
Henderson.

She is survived by her husband, Johnny Vernoy Miller of Temple; two daughters. 
Lynette Powell of Temple and Tara Long of Villa Rica; two sons, Michael Miller 
of Buchanan and Jimmy Miller of Temple; one brother, Ray Boyd, Jr. of Villa 
Rica; 10 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.
