Lether Mae Collins Myers Passes Oct. 21


Lether Mae Collins Myers of Douglasville, Georgia, age 66, died October 21, 
2004 at her residence. She was a homemaker and a Protestant by Faith. She was 
the daughter of the late Parker and Mamie Puckett Collins.

She is survived by her husband, Walter Myers, Sr.; sons and daughter-in-law, 
Reginald and Dennise Knight of Dallas, Walter Myers, Jr. of Douglasville, and 
Roger and Maria Myers of Carrollton; daughters and sons-in-law, Teresa and 
Dewitt Roper, Linda Cox and Curtis Stringer, Peggy and Michael Leonard, all of 
Douglasville, Felicia and Glen Perrin of Ohio and Debbie Brown of McRae; 
sisters, Ruby Kitchens of Conyers and Betty Taylor of Covington; 16 
grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held Sunday, October 24, 2004 at 2 p.m. at the Couch-
Garner & Cole Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Gary Tanner officiating.

Interment followed in Rosehaven Cemetery.

Couch-Garner & Cole Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
