The Dallas New Era, Dallas, Georgia, Thursday, August 12, 2004
Mr. Thomas Madison Myers, Sr., age 61 of Temple, Georgia passed away Tuesday, 
August 3, 2004 at his residence. He was born January 1, 1943 in Atlanta, 
Georgia to the late Carl Myers and the late Lou Simmons Myers. He was self-
employed as a construction builder.

Surviving are his wife Marcia Strickland Myers of Temple; one daughter, Carrie 
Hall Long of Calhoun; one son, Thomas “Tommy M. Myers, Jr. of Temple. He also 
has seven sisters and five brothers and two grandsons.

Memorial services were conducted on Saturday, August 7, 2004 at 11 a.m. from 
the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home.

Jones-Wynn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
