Services Held for Mr. James Parson May 21

Mr. James Hubert Parson, age 73, of Hiram, Georgia, passed away May 19, 2005 
at his residence.

Mr. Parson was born August 3, 1931 in Paulding County, Georgia, son of the 
late James Lennie Parson and the late Nora McBrayer Parson. He was a member of 
Bethany Christian Church, Veteran of the U.S. Marines and was employed as a 
Truck Driver with Ameri Gas.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mildred Southerland Parson of Hiram; son, Ricky 
and Tina Parson of Centre, Alabama; daughter, Reita and Kenneth Gaston of 
Douglasville, GA; 3 grandchildren, Jenni and Matthew Martin, Andrew Gaston and 
Jessica Gaston and 1 great-grandson, Ben Martin.

Funeral Services were conducted on Saturday, May 21, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. with 
Rev. Dwayne Hewett and Rev. Wiley Butler officiating.

Interment followed in Paulding Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Todd 
Southerland, Michael Hewett, Rudy Kelly, Tim Parson, Matthew Martin, and Paul 
Bennett. Honorary pallbearers were Maxie Cole, Chris Hewett, Caleb Hewett, and 
Scott Parson.
