This is Rev. James Montrovelle Williams and his second family. His second wife 
was Rhoda Elizabeth Osborne. In the picture from left to right in the back is 
Issac H. Williams,  Missouri Effie Williams, Alice Williams ( daughter from 
frist marriage), Nancy Williams Parker & husband Thomas H. Parker. Millie Lou 
is the little gril standing in the middle.  Rev. Williams was a circuit rider 
preacher, helping to start many churches in Paulding and Polk County.  He was 
pastor of the Second New Hope Baptist church.  He also served as pastor of 
Cross Roads Baptist Church, New Hope Baptist Church and Zion Baptist church in 
Paulding.  He also help start the New Hope Association.
