Born in Bristol Tennessee, and had been a resident of Fort Valley for the past 47 years. She was a homemaker, a member of Fort Valley United Methodist Church and was the widow of Herman James Haga Sr. Surviving are children, Sandra Haga of Marietta, Ga.; Carl Collins of Eumungerie, New South Wales, Australia and Jimmy Haga of Fort Valley; brothers and sister, Bill O'Dell of Bristol Tennessee, June Hockman of Oak Ridge, Tenn., and Tom O'Dell of Huntsville, Ala.; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Services will be held Tuesday in Fort Valley. Family requests donations to Fort Valley United Methodist Church, 301 W. Church St., Fort Valley, GA 31030 or Alzheimers Association, Central Georgia Chapter, 277 M.L.K. Jr. Blvd., Suite 201, Macon, GA 31201. Rooks Funeral Home in Fort Valley is in charge of arrangements.
