Culloden, Ga., March 5- Engineer Charles O'Neill, who was fatally injured in the explosion of Southern local freight engine No. 128, at Champions Spur, yesterday, died last night at his home in Fort Valley at 7:30 o'clock. O'Neill was formerly of Atlanta, but was living in Fort Valley. Fireman Walker and two negro brakemen, who were badly scalded and bruised, are in critical condition, and Walker may die. The wrecked engine and four box cars were cleared away last night and traffic resumed this morning.
