On back of photo is written:

This is that retake I was telling you about,what's different? The 
glasses,makes a big difference,don't you think. Hey make not of the long 
side burns! About due for a hair cut too. Well must sign off due to lack of 
room to write.

Additional Comments:
This photo was from my mother's things who lived in Fort Valley, around 1970.
Her name was Donna Foskey Sapp. She was only 20 when she died.
She was born Oct.26,1950 and died Nov.26,1970 She married my father Sonny Sapp in 1968.
She attended PC High School not sure if she went to the 12th grade.
Information on the unknown photo,there is nothing on it as far as a last name, just signed Greg.
I would think the photo to be dated around the 60's or 70's but not really sure.
