March 14, 1988 FRANCES VINING BRYAN, 74, DIED SATURDAY. Fort Valley, Ga. - Frances "Tiny" Vining Bryan, 74, died Saturday [3-12-1988] in a local hospital. Services will be held at 3 pm today in First Baptist Church in Fort Valley. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery in Fort Valley. The Rev. John Autry will officiate. A native of Macon County, Mrs. Bryan was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Frances B. Bowden, two sons, Jerry C. Bryan and David Charles Bryan, all of Fort Valley. Two sisters, Jessie Vining Poole/Hardy of Marshallville and Kathleen Vining Holcomb/Almaroad of Fort Valley; seven grandchildren and two great- grandchildren.
