The Atlanta Constitution, April 7, 1895
Powersville, Ga., April 6--(Special.)--Invitations have been issued by Mrs. E. 
E. Allen to the marriage of her daughter, Susie, to Mr. Will C. Lankford, 
which will occur Thursday evening, April 18th, at 6 o'clock, at the residence 
of Mr. W. E. Warren, of this place.  Miss Allen is a handsome young lady, who 
has always been a favorite with our people, and her coming nuptials are the 
cause of good wishes by a large circle of friends and admirers.  Mr. Lankford 
is a citizen of Midway, Ala., and is to be congratulated on winning so lovely 
a bride.
