Sale Bill of the Real Estate of Mary C. Mann

Deceased sold on the 1st Tuesday in Feby 1883 to-wit:
40 acres, more or less of Lot of Land No. 268 in the 12th Dist and 2nd Section.

sold to Patterson Hood for $133.00

In person came before me the undersigned Edmond Lenning who being duly sworn 
says the above is a correct sale bill of the Real Estate of Mary C. Mann
Sworn to and subscribed before me this May 30th 1883

Mary C. Mann was the wife of William Harrison Mann and the daughter of Barton 
and Isabella Johnson Loveless.  Her exact date of death is not known.
