This indenture made and entered into this the 10th day of April 1889 between 
Beuraguard Ray, Benjamin Ray, Thomas Ray, and Delila Edwards and James M. 
Little all of the county aforesaid. Witnesseth that the said Beauraguard Ray, 
Benjamin Ray, Thomas Ray, and Delila Edwards for and in consideration of the 
sum of twenty dollars to each one in hand paid the receipt is herby 
acknowledged does hereby sell and convey unto the said James M. Little his 
heirs and assigns their interest in certain tract or parcel of land deeded as 
a deed gift to them by their grandfather William H. Ray situated in the county 
aforesaid to wit: No (192) one hundred and ninety two in the fourth District 
and second section. Lines marked out as follows starting at northeast corner 
of said lot running the original line west to the public road thence said road 
southward direction to the head of a lane on said road thence running a 
settlement road north to a rock corner thence east to the original line north 
to the starting point containing forty acres more or less. Together with all 
the rights and privileges thereinto belonging in fee simple and the said 
Beauraguard Ray, Benjamin Ray, Thomas Ray, and Delila Edwards their heirs 
executors and administrators the title to the premises aforesaid will forever 
warrant and defend to the said James M. Little heirs assigns against the 
lawful claims of all other persons. In witness whereof the said Beauraguard 
Ray, Benjamin Ray, Thomas Ray, and Delila Edwards has hereunto set their hands 
and seals the day and year aforesaid.
