MORTUARY.

Jasper, Ga., July 11-
Rev. John Cox, of this place, died last night and was buried this afternoon at 
the family burial ground, Refuge church, four miles from town.  He was about 30 
years of age and had been married twice.  His last wife survives him.  He is 
also survived by his father, mother, several sisters and one brother.  He was a 
student at Mercer college last year when he was compelled to give up his course 
there on account of sickness.
