Deaths In Georgia.

Jasper, Ga., August 18-
Dr. A. H. Stearns was buried at Jasper on Sunday, 16th inst., with Masonic 
honors.  He had been a good citizen of Pickens county since the war.  He stood 
high in his profession as a physician, and was a member of the Methodist 
church, south, and of Pickens Star Lodge, F. A. M.
