(ITEM TWO) I will and desire that my body be buried in a decent and Chr istian like manner. (ITEM THREE) It is my will that all of my property including notes an accounts be sold after my death and the proceeds equally divided in to four equal parts, one forth to Amanda McClain, One fourth to Will - Freeman, One fourth to Lular Warlick, One fourth to Grady bennett(my xxa grand son) (Item Four) I hereby make constitute and appoint W. C. McClain and Will P Freeman executors of thsi my last will and testament, hereby relieving then from making bond, or aking any inventory to and court whatever, only requiring them to probate this will. authorized then to execute deeds to lands wheewe I hold same as security, This August 31, 1923. Those named in the Will are his daughters, Amanda Alice Freeman McClain and Lula J. Freeman Warlick, his son, William P. Freeman and his grandson, Grady Bennett. Grady was the son of his third daughter, Mattie Freeman, who predeceased her father in 1916 and was married to Columbus C. Bennett.
