This is to Certify that James Samuel Carter and Lizzie Belle Youmans were 
united by me in the bonds of Holy Matrimony at O. R. Youmans on the thirtieth 
of March in the year of our Lord 1927 in the presence of "Friends & Relatives".

Additional Comments:
This is the wording of the exact entry from my grandmother's bible which is in 
my possession. The marriage certificate was printed in the bible and the 
relevent information was filled in. I am not sure who filled in the 
information, my grandmother probably. I do not think that this is the Judges 
signature, but I could be mistaken.

Lizzie Belle YOUMANS was the daughter of Oliver Rufus YOUMANS and Rozella 
Gertrude DIXON. She was the 2nd wife of James Samuel CARTER, Sr. and they were 
married at her parents home in Bristol, Pierce County, GA.

James Samuel CARTER, Sr. and Lizzie Belle YOUMANS CARTER are buried at 
Sunnyside Cemetery in Cordele, Crisp County, GA.
