Pierce COUNTY GA Cemetery Ben James Primitive Baptist Church (Additional names) File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by Barbara Winge barbarawinge@yahoo.com http://files.usgwarchives.net/ga/piearce/cemeteries/ben2.txt BEN JAMES PRIMITIVE BAPTIST CHURCH 1884 Pierce County, Georgia From Waycross, Ware County, Georgia, Take US Highway 84, over the Satilla River, toward Blackshear, Pierce County, Georgia. Turn left on to Hackbarney Church Road, the Church is on the left of the road. A lot of the markers in this cemetery were made of wood and some still stand. This Church has a wonderful history. The inside appears to be just as it was in 1884.
