Clinton Youmans Dies in Waycross

     Clinton Youmans, 49, of Waycross, died last Thursday at the Ware County
Hospital following a long illness. Born in Pierce County, he was the son of the
late Lawrence and Vina James Youmans but had made his home in Waycross for many
years.
     Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Ben James
Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Henry Tyre officiating. Internment was in
the church cemetery.
     Survivors are his wife, Mrs.Lucille Wildes Youmans; a daughter, Mrs.E.C.
Cribb of Waycross; a son, Clinton L. Youmans of the U.S. Navy, at Key West, FL;
three brothers, Stephen C. Youmans, L.W.Youmans, both of Waycross and C.H.D.
Youmans of Patterson.
     Pallbearers were Aaron Altman, Jmaes Tuten, Bill Tuten, James E.Crawford,
Adrian Wildes, and John S.Bowen.
