I removed straw from some and found only one with a name. I also found one toppled monument under the straw. There are a couple of other headstones covered by debris. I was attempting to remove some of the debris, I was greeted face to face with a large black snake. This being the second one I had seen there was enough for me. Spencer Coggin is buried under a huge Magnolia tree. In places their falling trees across the burials of some. This is where I met Charlie his beadie little eyes looking at me with his forked tongue darting in and out. Use care when visiting this cemetery. I will return to this cemetery and collect information from those two head stones during the winter if I am able. The cemetery is divided by and old roadbed with steep banks. On the right side of the old roadbed about 25 percent of the cemetery has a Rio Grande fence around it. This section is well kept and has the name Reeves on the gate. You have to pass through the over grown part to get to this part. I was not able to survey this part due to it being under lock and key. I will contact them and ask them to summit their names. We welcome any corrections or additions.
