Adkins JJC The Justices of the Inferior Court met pursuant to adjournment sitting for ordinary purposes this 3rd Dec 1839 Present J. C. Adkins R Walker Justices Jas Beckham Ordered that Marion M. Harris be & he is hereby appointed guardian off the person & property of Mary M Harris illegitimate of Nancy Harris of said county in his giving security in the sum of two thousand dollars when he gave Leonard Harris for security & was qualified in terms of the law PAGE 215 Ordered that John Parker & Henry Jones be & they are hereby appointed administrators of the estate of Zenas [?] Parker late of said County deceased on their giving bond & security in the sum of forty thousand dollars when they gave B. Byron, Wm Tucker, Wm Driver, Robert Murphy & Jesse [ _ ] for security in the bond as directed by the court & was qualified in terms of the law Georgia Pike County Rule Nisi to dismiss[?] Richard S. Walker guardian of Joseph H. Daniel minor December Term 1839 It appearing to the Court that the said Richard S. Walker has shown no sufficient cause to the contrary & he has mismanaged said minors property in this of charging too much commission & also that he filed no inventory & appraisement according to law - It is therefore ordered by the court that his letter of guardianship be revoked & he be dismissed from said trust J.C. Reeves acknowledging themselves jointly & severally bound unto the said Egbert P.
