Boss having subsequently transferred said bond to four petitioners by endorsement a copy of which bond & transfer is now filed in the clerks office of the Court. It is therefore ordered by the Court that Ezekiel Gardner the administrator on the Estate of the said Charles Oliver decd. Show cause on or before the next Term of this Court why he should not be directed to make Titles to Four petitioners agreeable to the requisition of said Bond and it is further ordered that a copy of this rule be served on the said Ezekiel Gardner administrator as aforesaid for the months previous to the next term of this Court him the said Ezekiel Gardner admr as aforesaid to be directed to make titles Court adjourned till Court in course this December 8th 1840 James Beckcom [sp] JJC PAGE 249 Ordered that the clerk of said Court hand over to Joseph C.
