apply to the Ordinary’s office to obtain permission to do
said.=Peddler’s Licenses.

GA State Legislature passed a resolution 12/15/1893 allowing
CSA veterans to peddle without a license. They were required
to apply to the Ordinary's office to obtain permission to do
