Written: April 9, 1852


Georgia, Pike County - The Court of Ordinary of Pike County, met pursuant to 
adjournment this 9th day of April, 1852. Present, his honor, Wiley E. Mangham, 
Ordinary.

Leonard Worthy, guardian for Mary A.E. Johnson formerly, now Mary A.E. Rose, a 
minor having applied to the court for letters of dismission from the 
guardianship of said minor.

It is, therefore, ordered, that all persons concerned are cited and admonished 
to file their objections, (if any they have), in my office, in terms of the 
law, otherwise letters of dismission will be granted the applicant, agreeably 
to law in such cases made and provided.

The above a true abstract from the minutes of said court this 9th day of April 
1852.

Mary A.E. Johnson married Adolphus Andrew Rose on 18 February 1850. She 
married 2nd George A. Cunningham on 01 January 1854 in Pike County, Georgia
