Present, his honor, Wiley E. Mangham, Ordinary. Leonard Worthy, guardian for Mary A.E. Johnson formerly, now Mary A.E. Rose, a minor having applied to the court for letters of dismission from the guardianship of said minor. It is, therefore, ordered, that all persons concerned are cited and admonished to file their objections, (if any they have), in my office, in terms of the law, otherwise letters of dismission will be granted the applicant, agreeably to law in such cases made and provided.
