Present his honor Wiley E. Mangham, Ordinary. To all whom this may concern: Whereas Silas Coggin, administrator of the goods and chattels of Robert Scott late of said county deceased, applies to me for letters of dismission from the administration of said estate. Therefore the kindred and creditors of said deceased, are hereby cited and admonished to file their objections, if any they have in my office in terms of the law, otherwise letters of dismission will be granted the applicant agreeably to law, in such cases made and provided.
