Smith Versus Jonathan Smith Motion for Alimony On hearing the written motion for alimony, it is ordered by the Court that the defendant, Jonathan Smith, be and he is hereby required to deliver to the libellant, Lucy A. Smith, all of her wearing apparel, one bed, bed stead, and necessary furniture, and it is further ordered that the defendant be required to pay unto the libellant the sum of Six dollars for each month until the first day of October next, said amount to be paid monthly, and the defendant is required to deliver such wearing apparel and bed stead and furniture to said libellant within five days from the date of this order and it is further ordered that this order be entered of record in the Minutes of this Court and a copy served on the defendant instanter by the Court.
