Camp On motion it was ordered that letters of administration be granted to Elizabeth Phillips on the estate of Jonathan Phillips, dec'sd wherein she gave P. P. Clopton, Rheuben Phillips, J. A. T. Phillips, Joseph Crockett & Joseph Sentell in a bond of thirty thousand dollars whenceforth she was qualified & warrant of appraisement was (assigned?) to Phillip Borough, Jas Regan, N. Urquhart, Jacob McClendon & William V. White, esquire. Georgia, Pike County) I Elizabeth Phillips do solemnly swear that Jonathan Phillips deceased died without any will as far as I know or believe & that I will well & truly administer on all & singular the goods & chattles, rights & credits & I will disclose & pay all his just debts as far as the (3 words unknown) & the law requires me & that I will make a total & perfect inventory of all & singular the goods and chattles, rights & credits as an executrix thereof when thereunto required.
