Georgia Pike County}"The petitioner Josephus Coggin Administrator of the 
Estate of Silas Coggin deceased showeth that he has in his hands as 
administrator aforesaid the sum of nine + 84/100 dollars balance of the 
distributive share of Mrs. Lucinda E Reagan one of the heirs at law of the 
said Silas Coggin and that the said Mrs. Reagan has departed this life and as 
the amount would not authorize an administration on the estate of the said 
Mrs. Reagan nor the appointment of a guardian for her minor she having no 
other estate except said sum, petitioner prays your honor to pass an order 
authorizing him to expend said sum in inclosing and otherwise caring for the 
grave of the said Mrs. Reagan as he thinks that this is the best disposition 
that could be made of said sum.  Filed in office Jan 1st 1883.  Josephus
