Dunn Pike Co. Ga. 1860 State of Georgia Pike County This indenture made and entered into this the twenty eight day of April eighteen hundred and sixty between Anderson Prince of said county and state of the one part and William R. Dunn of the same place of the other part – witnesseth that the said Anderson Prince for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars cash in hand paid the receipt whereof is herby acknowledged hath granted bargained & sold and doth by these presents remise release and forever quit claim to said William R. Dunn his heirs and assigns all the right title interest claim or demand the said Anderson Prince has or may have had in and to the east –half of lot of land number seventy eight in the Zebulon district of originally Monroe now Pike County agreeable to original survey to be divided north and south containing one hundred and one and one fourth acres more or less with all the rights members and appurtenances to said half lot of land in any wise appertaining or belonging. To have and to hold the said half lot of land to the said William R. Dunn so that neither the said Anderson Prince nor his heirs nor any other person or persons claiming under him shall at any time hereafter by any way or means have claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid half lot of land or its appurtenances or any part thereof.
