This indenture made this twenty ninth day of July in the year of our Lord one
thousand eighteen (sic) hundred and twenty six between John Waid of the County
and State aforesaid of the one part and Beverly Byram of the Same State and
County of Pike of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Waid for and in
consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars to him in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and as by these presents
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Beverly Byram his heirs and assigns
all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of
originally Monroe but Now the County of Pike by Lot Number One hundred and
seventy four in the first district of said County of originally Monroe but Now
the County of Pike,

To Have And To Hold, said tract or parcel of land unto him the said Beverly
Byram his heirs and assigns together with all and Singular the rights members
and appurtenances thereof to the same or any manner belonging to His and Their
proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the said John Waid for
himself, his heirs executors & administrators the said bargained premises unto
the said Beverly Byram his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the
right and Title Thereof against themselves and against the claims of all other
persons whatever.

In Witness whereof the said John Waid hath hereunto set his hand and seal the
day and year above written.
