Witnesseth that whereof said James Whatley in his lifetime found himself to make titles to Milton Rivers for a certain trace of land containing one hundred one and a fourth acres more or less - being the north half of lot number eighteen in the eighth district of originally Monroe now Pike County, and after the execution of the said departed this life before the fulfillment of its conditions. And whereas said Milton Rivers has fully performed the conditions with the law has filed his petition to the Court of the Ordinary of Pike County and obtained an order after due notice and no objection made thereto that said James Anderson and W. H. Whatley two of the executors as of said should carry out said bond and make title in said half lot of land to Milton Rivers. Now in consideration of the promises sand in order to execute said order of the court the said James Anderson and W. H. Whatley executors of James Whatley deceased hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargain, sell, and convey to said Milton Rivers all that tract of Land above described to ???
